AVENGER Development - On the Drawing Board

AVENGER 972 - The 972 uses a stretched 72" wing with the same airfoils as the 964. The 900 series fuselage will be used to allow an easy switch from 64" to 72" wing spans.

AVENGER 972S - The 972S uses a 72" wing span with swept leading edge and is designed for SSC. The sweep will allow the same AVENGER 900 fuselage to be used with a motor mount swap out to fit the smaller .15's required for SSC. Currently we have 2 tip airfoil versions to get prototyped and tested. The first uses the Clark YS that Lee Liddle has been so successful with. The second is the SD7062 which Joe Thompson of Houston has had very good success with.
